I've visited and practiced at many studios across the city over the years and I can confidently say there really is no place like Modo Yoga Bloor West. From the first-timer to the seasoned yogi, you'll find everything you need here and end up feeling like you're at home. The space and studio are open, full of natural light, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of classes on the schedule and the regular roster of teachers all bring their unique approach to class and are wonderful in their own ways. The sense of community and family is so strong and inviting here. I cannot say enough good things abotu Don adn Meg, the studio's director and manager (and teachers). Their dedication, love and passion for their business shows, and it translates into a more fulfilling experience for every person that walks through the door. At MYBW, y ou may come for a yoga class, but you always end up walking out with much more. Very grateful to have these guys in the Bloor West neighbourhood!!

Trees, like us, exist in communities, and like the very forests that sustain our planet, we also create thriving communities at our home studios. Our goal this year is to celebrate community – both social and ecological – by highlighting our pillars of Live Green and Sangha Support and lending our collective weight to these hard-working organizations.
We’ll be donating 100% of proceeds from our weekly Friday PWYC 8pm Karma class and are now planning fun fundraising weekend at the end of April (including a day of PWYC Karma ‘Teacher Takeover’ classes, Talent Show + Silent Auction, and an MYBW Stories Workshop. Details coming soon.
Please attend, bring friends and donate generously to our Karma classes (Fridays at 8pm) with Randi in March and April in support of Junglekeepers!
We offer these challenges as an opportunity to connect and as a source of support to build regularity into your practice long after the challenge is complete and have seen time and time again that it is far more accessible to delve into self-care in this way and make (or recommit to) this healthy lifestyle alongside your fellow yogis.
