GUEST PASSES

Unlimited guest passes for friends and family. All guests must be brand new to MYBW. Please ask your guest to Create an Account in advance of their visit for a silky smooth sign-in experience for all.

 

TRAVELER’S PASS

Pick up your Traveler’s Pass at the front desk and practice for free at any Modo Yoga studio worldwide (80+ studios). You may enjoy up to 5x Traveler’s Passes per Year, up to 14 days each.

Community Partners are always listed on our website here, and your specific discount at each location is communicated on your monthly e-receipt. (Not receiving your e-receipts? Log in to your account > click ‘MY INFO’ > Communication Preferences ‘ and checkmark ‘Email Account Management’ notifications). 

 

DISCOUNTS

Members get 10% off our regularly priced items (eye-pillows, massage balls, yoga mats, guru yoga towels, electrolytes) and special discounts at our pop-up shop fundraisers, workshops, special events, and private series’ (ie. Shamanic Soundbath).

 

30-DAY CHALLENGES

Every spring, autumn, and winter our studio runs a studio-wide 30-Day Challenge at a discounted rate to support students in recommitting to their practice or deepening their daily commitment. Members do not need to pay any additional fees to participate.

 

BIRTHDAYS

Bring a friend with you to class for free and you both receive complimentary rentals as our birthday gift to you. Valid with 7 days of your birthday.

 

PROMOTIONS 

Twice a year, we offer special promotional memberships. You’re welcome to switch if you’d like (this means your current contract expires and we’ll initiate the new promo contract, under the promotional rate).

 

UPDATE INFO

Update your personal information if you move, get a new credit card or change your phone number/email address. Login to your Account.

 

ONE MONTH SUSPENSION

Members are eligible to place their pass on hold 1x per 12-month period, up to 30 days. To suspend please e-mail Reception 10 days in advance. Don’t worry if your fees are charged out before Meg confirms, it all comes out in the wash and you won’t pay for any days that are suspended.

 

HEALTH HOLD

If you are experiencing a medical reason why you’re unable to practice, or are pregnant and need time off, please e-mail us. We are a heart-based business and wish to support you.

 

AVOID LATE FEES

Your billing is set to an auto-pay schedule, we will charge your account on the same day of the month, every month. If your credit card was lost/stolen/expired and is being replaced, please visit the studio and pay cash to avoid disruption to your unlimited service.

If your credit card is declined, the autopay schedule will continue to charge your credit card every night for one week. If after 7x attempts your credit card is not successful, there is an automatic $20 Late Fee and your unlimited service is suspended until your fees have been paid.

Please communicate with us if you require extra time to pay your fees (up to one week). We will wave the $20 fee and adjust your payment schedule 1x annually.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

To cancel, we require a minimum of 30-days written notice in advance of your final payment.

  • In other words, 60 days in advance of your last day
  • Your Contract is open and will never expire unless it is canceled by you in writing
  • If you cancel before your minimum commitment is met, a $100 cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellation notices cannot be applied retroactively

E-mail reception to cancel your contract; we will reply acknowledging the cancellation has been received and Meg will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the date of your last payment and day of unlimited service.
